One piece of good news and a bad one at Bayern Munich. This Thursday, the Bavarian club reported that the young Joshua Zirkzee has tested positive for coronavirus, while Niklas Süle has shown a negative result in his latest test.

Bayern Munich are still plagued by the coronavirus. According to the German club, the latest player to test positive has been 19 year old forward Joshua Zirkzee.

Within their statement, Bayern assure that Zirkzee is good, asymptomatic, and in quarantine in his home.

With this, several cases have now been diagnosed in recent weeks, starting with Serge Gnabry in the run-up to the Champions League match against Atlético Madrid.

However, on the other hand, there is Niklas Süle. In their statement, Bayern also informed that the CB has tested negative in his latest PCR test.

Süle's case was reported just prior to playing Red Bull Salzburg earlier this week. However, despite this negative, the Bavarians report that the CB is still in quarantine as per protocol.
