Barcelona played in their away kit for the first time against Vissel Kobe

It was a special clash for Barcelona and not only because of the shirt. The side coached by Ernesto Valverde were facing a team which featured up to four ex-Barca players: Andres Iniesta, David Villa, Sergi Samper and Thomas Vermaelen. 

Barcelona played the match with their change strip. They wore a shirt which is yellow and pays tribute to the La Masia academy. The shirt was worn 40 years ago. 

The shirt is mainly yellow with a blue and red stripe going diagonally. It is worth remembering that the team wore a similar kit back in the 2008-09 season.
