Barcelona and Real Madrid are both targeting Tottenham midfielder Dele Alli, while 'Los Blancos' could also make a move for teammate Harry Kane.

Having failed to land the signature of Liverpool's Philippe Coutinho, Barcelona see Alli as a potential alternative to the Brazilian playmaker, report 'Sport'.

However, they will face stiff competition from arch rivals Real, who according to 'Marca', are planning a mega double-deal for the Spurs duo.

Zinedine Zidane failed to address his lack of No 9 options this summer, with Karim Benzema, who is now injured, the only experienced striker in the squad.

PSG's Kylian Mbappe was thought to be high on Real's wishlist, but failing to secure his services now means club officials are keen to make their next 'Galactico' signing.

Kane, 24, is in the form of his life having bagged 15 goals in his last 10 games in all competitions, while compatriot Alli, 21, is also seen as a fundamental part of Tottenham's recent rise in the Premier League.

Both mentioned Spanish publications claim Tottenham would not let their star player go without a fight, but will Alli and Kane be able to turn down the chance to join either of the Spanish giants?
