Bale steps up return from injury
Real Madrid star Gareth Bale has posted a video of himself back in training after missing a number of games for club and country through injury.
The Welshman has not yet joined first team training, but he looked close to making a return to action as he was put through his paces.
Bale picked up his latest calf injury in the Champions League win over Borussia Dortmund, and he will surely be hoping to make a return for Real's away tie against former club Tottenham on November 1.
As well as missing matches for Zinedine Zidane's side, Bale was also ruled out of Wales' crucial World Cup qualifier against the Republic of Ireland, which they went onto to lose.
