Bale named Welsh Player of Year

Gareth Bale has been named Welsh player of the year for the fourth successive time.

Gareth Bale, who has now won the trophy six times in total, received his latest award yesterday from the 2016 Football Association of Wales (FAW).

But he wasn't the only one to receive a trophy. Joe Allen has been named the' player and fans' player of the year.

Congratulations to both! Will the Welshman win the Ballon d'Or or The Best as well?
