Antoine Greizmann was officially announced as a Barcelona player after paying up the 120 million euros from his buyout clause. However, there is still trouble in sight.

Trouble in sight. Even more so. The 'Griezmann case' should have ended as soon as the player's official signing came through, but it looks like it has only just begun. At least, its most legal and justice-related version has.

Atlético de Madrid, according to 'AS', will file an official complaint about Barça and the footballer before FIFA. The "Rojiblancos" have claimed that Barcelona contacted the Frenchman and reached an agreement months ago.

In 2017, Cerezo took the same matter to FIFA. Again Barça and, again, in a dispute over Antoine Griezmann, the club accused the Catalans of "repeated approaches" while the Frenchman had a contract with Atleti.

The Atletico president is already dealing the matter, asking Barça to pay the 200 million euros of the clause, as he believes that when the agreement was reached, the player's clause had not yet dropped in price.

"Atletico Madrid believes that the termination of the contract occurred before the end of last season by facts, acts and demonstrations made by the player and therefore has already initiated the procedures it has deemed appropriate for the defense of their rights and legitimate interests," read the press statement.

With this complaint, the Wanda Metropolitano board hopes to achieve a sanction for the Camp Nou, as well as another for the footballer ...
