Atletico join Real Madrid in fight for Dani Olmo
Dani Olmo is one of the Spaniards to play outside Spain to have the best future. As a result, big clubs are keeping an eye on him such as Real Madrid and Atletico Madrid.
Atletico Madrid are not forgetting about Dani Olmo's quality. The Leipzig footballer is sought after by several clubs in Spain after good performances in the Bundesliga.
'Bild' explains that Real Madrid still have their eyes on the Spain player, but Atletico Madrid also want him. However, Dani Olmo is not planning on returning to Spain at the moment.
Dani Olmo said that his plan is to stay at RB Leipzig for the near future. He has been there for just a year and a half since joining from Dinamo Zagreb.
The fact that Dani Olmo wants to return to Spain in a few seasons means Atletico Madrid are keeping a very close eye on his progression. They want to get there before other top sides do.
In the meantime, Olmo is focussed on Spain who face Croatia on Monday in the last 16 of the Euros.
