A group of Atletico Madrid ultras caused damage in the streets of Vitoria on Saturday morning and were sent back to the Spanish capital by bus.
Once again, ultras disrupted the build-up to a football match, this time involving Atletico fans who vandalised parts of the Basque city ahead of their side's clash with Alaves at Mendizorroza.
According to Cadena SER, the group approached an area where Alaves supporters had gathered and began throwing objects.
Although no arrests were made, Europa Press confirmed that those responsible were identified and had their belongings confiscated.
The Ertzaintza (Basque police) then escorted the group to a square, from where they were returned to Madrid in two buses, SER added.
