And the thing is, according to a report in the 'Daily Mail', the Midlands club could have breached Financial Fair Play regulations. This could lead to a severe punishment.
Not only financially, but also a points deduction. The newspaper says the English side could suffer a points deduction prior to the start of the new Premier League season.
