Arsenal complete move for Asano
The Gunners have secured their second signing of the summer, reaching an agreement for the highly rated Japanese youngster.
Arsenal have secured a deal for Japan striker Takuma Asano from Sanfrecce Hiroshima.
The Gunners confirmed the news on Sunday, although it is "subject to the completion of a medical and regulatory processes."
Speaking on the deal, Wenger said: "Takuma is a talented young striker and very much one for the future.
"He has had an impressive start to his career in Japan and we look forward to him developing over the next couple of years."
The 21-year-old has already won two Japanese league titles, and possesses the raw talent which should serve him well in the future.
