The five players who reached the semi-finals of the World Cup will be the last to return to training. Yassine Bounou, Youssef En-Nesyri, Papu Gomez, Gonzalo Montiel and Marcos Acuna will train with Sevilla very soon.

The Argentinian and Moroccan players of Sevilla know when they will return to training with their teammates after fighting until the last and penultimate day of the World Cup.

The date chosen by the club to bring back five players is Monday 26th December. The Spanish club want them back because they are key players in Sampaoli's squad.

Nevertheless, Papu Gomez's future is uncertain as there are several rumours about his departure from Pepe Castro's team.

The return to work of these internationals will coincide with the return of their teammates after two days' rest. Sevilla will face Juventud Torremolinos in a match that will decide who goes through to the next round of the Copa del Rey on 21st December.

Jorge Sampaoli could not count on Nianzou, Rakitic and Montiel, as well as injured players such as Marcao, Delaney and Tecatito.
