Alexis levelled the scores at Wembley
Many people thought Alexis Sanchez's starting place for the FA Cup semi-final may have been at risk, but the Chilean was picked from the off and repaid Jose Mourinho's faith in him in style.
With United 1-0 down due to Dele Alli's early opener, Sanchez took it upon himself to pull the 'Red Devils' back into the game.
With 24 minutes on the clock, Paul Pogba stole the ball off Moussa Dembele out on the United left and immediately looked to cross.
Whilst target man Romelu Lukaku was out on the wing with the Frenchman, Pogba didn't desitate in swinging the ball in for the somewhat more diminutive Sanchez, who rose majestically to head the ball back across Michel Vorm and into the far corner.
