According to ESPN, the English manager Alan Pardew is a serious option for the job at FC Cincinnati in the MLS. The manager from Surrey has not returned to management since his frustrating experience at West Bromwich Albion.

Cincinnati are currently struggling in the Eastern conference after losing nine of their last 10 matches in the MLS. A situation that has left them desperately seeking a new leader.

The North American side are without a manager since they let Alan Koch go in May, with Alan Pardew, Aitor Karanka and Tab Ramos among the main candidates for the job according to ESPN.

During his time at West Brom, Pardew managed just one win in 18 matches, but the adventure in the USA may help Pardew to get his management career back on track.
