During the third Europa League qualifying round, the police were forced to intervene as Aberdeen fans clashed with stewards.
The Scottish side were hit with charges over the trouble caused by their supporters, because there were "no stewards travelling with supporters".
The Cypriot side have also been charged due to setting off fireworks. and the club have to pay a fine of £25,000.
