Life in Paris is not exactly what Neymar was expecting and the Brazilian is beginning to regret his decision, according to Marcelo Bechler. The Brazilian journalist stated a return to La Liga is on the cards, more specifically to the Bernabeu.

Bechler, who revealed Neymar's desire to leave Barcelona in the summer, spoke on Onda Cero's 'El Transistor' programme, reporting that the 25-year-old regrets his move to Paris Saint-Germain.

The respected journalist controversially added that Neymar had already informed former Barcelona teammates Gerard Pique and Luis Suarez of his desire to return to Spain, having not found his place in the French capital.

"There are a lot of high-ranking players in the dressing room, such as [Edinson] Cavani and [Angel] Di Maria, and they have found Neymar's behaviour in these first month strange," Bechler said. "The relationship between Neymar and [Unai] Emery is distant, as it is with some players."

As Neymar begins to look for a new destination, Bechler suggested a move to Barca arch-rivals Real Madrid is an option: "It would be easier for him to go to Real Madrid than return to Barcelona," he pointed out.

"[Neymar] wouldn't consider that a betrayal. But right now this is just speculation," Bechler concluded, as the 'Blancos' begin to dream of Cristiano Ronaldo's natural heir at the Santiago Bernabeu.
