The Spanish national team are experiencing a very sweet moment, not only because of results and triumphs, but also because of the good atmosphere that appears in the Robert Moreno's group training sessions.
You only have to watch one of the many games that the national team plays to see that the atmosphere is the right one for a team that wants to be champions.
The new ones in the group, such as Pau Torres, Gerard Moreno or Reguilon, have adapted very quickly, and thanks to the the companionship that exists in the squad.
Robert Moreno's aim now is to transform this good atmosphere into wins and positive sensations on the pitch.
This Saturday's session focused on muscle activation with traditional exercises, rounds and ball contact, before the game against Norway.
The players were also put into groups to play a game of shots from the front. The team which won inclued Ramos, Busquets and Saul, amongst others. Later, Thiago, Rodri and Bernat formed a big triangle amd showed their skill will the ball in the typical game of 'Keepy Uppys'.
