19 years old and thinking about the end of his career
Mexican striker Joao Maleck is already thinking about life after football... And he's only 19.
Last summer Porto closed a deal for the player dubbed the 'next Chicharito,' and Joao Maleck burst onto the scene in Europe.
Despite his young age, the striker has made it clear that he has no intention to switch national allegiances, having already turned down France and Cameroon.
Maleck, who hopes Porto will exercise their option to buy him, has spoken about what he might do when he hangs up his boots.
"I want to make my career in Europe, but I think I'd like to return to Mexico because I'm still desperate to make my top flight debut. At the end of my career I'd like to go back and play there," declared the 19-year-old Porto striker.
