Although there are still some big games to play, the football season in Europe is almost over, and ending with it are many players' contracts. We take a look at the top 10 stars who are out of contract in July.

Iker Casillas (Porto, 36 years old)

The ex-Real Madrid goalkeeper is coming into the end of the season in good form, but he isn't certain to remain at Porto. For the moment he hasn't yet renewed his contract, and there is talk that he is on his way to the MLS, however the Portuguese could yet offer him a renewal.

Fernando Torres (Atletico Madrid, 34 years old)

Atletico Madrid's golden boy is finally bringing an end to his time in the Spanish capital, and recently announced that he is on his way out of the club in summer. It isn't yet known where he is off to, but he is up for grabs in July.

Arjen Robben (Bayern Munich, 34 years old)

Robben is a living legend at Bayern, however it is not yet sure if he will remain with the Bavarians next year. Recent reports suggest he is in for a new deal, however nothing has been agreed yet.

Franck Ribery (Bayern Munich, 35 years old)

The Frenchman is in the same boat as his Dutch teammate, however unlike Robben, Ribery has made it clear that he wants to stay. Again, however, no contract has been announced.

Hatem Ben Arfa (PSG, 31 years old)

The midfielder's exit from the club in summer is a certainty. He hasn't been favoured by Unai Emery, who hasn't given him a game in over a year for the first team. His quality will no doubt attract offers, but some will be put off by his character.

Mario Balotelli (Nice, 27 years old)

'Super Mario' has found form again in France, becoming a key player for Nice. However, the forward isn't sure of remaining there, and has previously mentioned his desire to return to Italy.

Jack Wilshere (Arsenal, 26 years old)

After a season out on loan at Bournemouth, Wilshere has returned to Arsenal and has become a key member of Arsene Wenger's side. However, he hasn't signed a new deal with the club, and it may be the case that Wenger's decision to loan him away has spurred him on to look for a new challenge elsewhere.

Emre Can (Liverpool, 24 years old)

Until his recent back injury, the German had played virtually every game of the season at Liverpool, however he has been heavily tipped to move to Juventus or Bayern Munich in summer, and has refused to sign a new deal.

Giorgio Chiellini (Juventus, 33 years old)

Although it is widely expected that the veteran defender will renew his contract with the Italian giants, nothing has been done yet, and with time running out Chiellini could begin negotiaiting with other clubs.

Max Meyer (Schalke 04, 22 years old)

Schalke are keen to keep the young midfielder, however with interest from Juve and Barcelona, it isn't yet sure where he will find himself come summer.
