Scottish football clubs should make an "unreserved" public apology to those who suffered historical child sex abuse, a report urged on Thursday.

The clubs belonging to the SPFL (the Scottish League) have agreed to end the seasons of the Championship, League One and League Two, with the results in force at the time of the stoppage. The decision on the Scottish Premiership will have to wait.
