Zinedine Zidane's agent has rubbished rumours that the Frenchman could soon manage a team in England's top flight, citing that the playing style of the League is unattractive to the former Real Madrid coach.
This follows widespread reports that Zidane is soon to replace Jose Mourinho at the helm of Manchester United, following the club's wretched recent run of form.
United are now eighth in the Premier League, after a last minute Alexis Sanchez header rescued their blushes at home to Newcastle United on Saturday; when they saw themselves fall two goals behind within the first ten minutes of the contest, only to have to fight back to win 3-2.
Yet the dismal opening 60 minutes of the performance did nothing to allay the threat of the sack for manager Mourinho, who has major question marks over his role, alongside star men Paul Pogba and Alexis Sanchez, who are also said to be discontent in Manchester.
However, should the Portuguese be relieved of his duties at Old Trafford, current champions league holder Zidane is unlikely to be named his successor.
The Frenchman's agent, Alain Migliaccio has today told 'Journal du Dimanche' of the unlikelihood of the move, stating: "'I do not think that he will manage in England, it is much less his style. I have discussed it with him, it does not really attract him. He has chosen to have a year out, he will not dive in again before that is over."
Zidane is currently taking a break after stepping down as Real Madrid manager in the summer. The Frenchman had an excellent record with the Spanish giants; guiding them to three consecutive Champions League titles, a La Liga title in 2017, as well as two Club World Cup titles and two Spanish Super Cups.
