Zidane travelled to Qatar to finalise his move to PSG

After confirming the renewal of Kylian Mbappe and retaining, for the moment, Neymar and Lionel Messi, Paris Saint-Germain were missing the icing on the cake: Zinedine Zidane. What seemed at first to be an unlikely move is now an almost palpable reality.

It recently became known that there is already an agreement between the former Real Madrid coach and the Parisian club. Mundo Deportivo', specifically journalist Ramon Fuentes, revealed on Tuesday 14th June that 'Zizou' travelled to Qatar to close his landing at the Parc des Princes.

The Frenchman was not alone, as he was accompanied by Alain Migliacco, his agent, and Gregory Dupont, the former physical trainer during the Frenchman's last spell at Real Madrid.

All the indications are that Zidane will have a contract for the next three years with PSG, who will sack Mauricio Pochettino, who was left in doubt after the Champions League elimination against Real Madrid.
