Zidane to leave Carvajal behind, Brahim and Courtois to be called-up
The trips with Spain and the fact that Real Madrid have an important match against Galatasaray in the Champions League have meant that Zinedine Zidane would prefer to leave Carvajal behind, so Odriozola will occupy the left flank.
With El Clasico postponed, Zinedine Zidane can rest easy, as it would have been a hard week, particularly with the bad results on a European level looming.
It will be the second encounter in which Carvajal is not called up in LaLiga.
Neither Bale, Modric nor Lucas Vázquez will be in Son Moix this Saturday. It was Zidane himself, in the press conference on Friday, who confirmed the casualties of their players.
The main novelty, in the positive, will be the presence of Brahim Diaz. The Malaga striker has not been fortunate with injuries and had only been allowed to travel to Vigo on the first day.
Thibaut Courtois will also return to the squad. The Belgian goalkeeper missed the match against Grenada due to acute gastroenteritis but, once he has recovered, he will take his place in the goal. There is also Toni Kroos, who was injured precisely against the Andalusians.
