Zidane has been negotiating for weeks with PSG

There is tension at the Parc des Princes. Even more so after the defeat to Man City at the Etihad Stadium this Wednesday. PSG are receiving heavy criticism and Mauricio Pochettino is in the spotlight. 

There are those who think the Argentine coach's days at PSG are numbered. According to 'Le Parisien', the club has been negotiating with Zinedine Zidane for several weeks.

That said, the French paper have not revealed a date when PSG would appoint him by. They say that, initially, the aim was to get Zidane for the 2022-23 season, but with this defeat, nothing is being ruled out.

'Le Parisien' are optimistic. They say that Zidane has gone from being a PSG fantasy to "a dream about to come true." Despite the fact the former Real Madrid boss has always said that he would like to be the France boss, it seems like France will have to wait. According to the previously cited source, he is not thinking of taking over as France boss right now.

And what would be of Mauricio Pochettino? United want him as a replacement for the recently sacked Solskjaer. The Argentine, however, would rather not talk about it.
