Wolves set to agree Patricio compensation

The Portuguese signed for the Midlands club on a four-year deal after he cancelled his contract with Sporting - along with eight other first-team players - following serious disruption and an attack at the club's training ground in May.
According to 'Sky Sports', the settlement will cost Wolves around £15m, though this will seem a fine price to pay with Patricio's performances leading Nuno's side to an exceptional start to the season.
Patricio played over 300 games for the 'Lions', who have accused him of a breach in contract and originally claimed that they wanted £50m in compensation for the player.
Yet, it is reported that after lengthy negotiations between the sides, the settlement has been reduced to less than one-third of the original asking price.
