Without Modric, Ancelotti could give minutes to Isco

A new opportunity for Isco Alarcon. The absence of Luka Modric, due to an adductor muscle problem, could give the player from Malaga a chance against Levante.

Marco Asensio and Isco will fight for the coveted position for the second matchday of La Liga, in a new away game for Real Madrid. The match will be played this Sunday 22nd August at 10pm. 

Although Carlo Ancelotti has shown that he trusts the Spaniard, who he put his faith in for the starting eleven during the pre-season friendlies, he opted for Fede Valverde for the league opener against Alaves. 

With his future still up in the air, Isco is still unsure whether he will continue to play in 'Los Blancos' this season or whether he will have to leave the Spanish capital in search of playing time. While he fights for minutes as a Madrid player, Milan are waiting for him with open arms.
