Even if you are a keen follower of footballer, you'd be forgiven for not have heard of Mason Mount before his loan move to Frank Lampard's Derby County.
A graduate of the Chelsea academy, after a stellar year at Vitesse Arnhem the youngster has kicked on even further this campaign, and has been rewarded with an England call up as a result.
While some have taken the decision to mean that England standards are slipping, given that Mount has not played a minute of top flight football in a major league, Gareth Southgate would argue that the Chelsea loanee is an acception.
When England claimed the U-19 World Cup, it was the creative midfielder who clinched the player of the tournament award.
"It was an unbelievable experience to go to the World Cup, it was brilliant to be out there in and around the team" said Mount.
"It makes you so hungry seeing what it is like. That is the pinnacle, to play for you country at a World Cup, top of the top"
It's hunger like that that could mean that he is a central part of the England set up for years to come.
