Harry Redknapp has first hand experience of Gareth Bale's style of play and performance, having coached him at Tottenham Hotspur.
He has hence suggested that he would do well at whichever club he ends up at. Although he did pick out Manchester United as a club that Bale could boost after a dismal end to the season for Solsjkaer's side.
Gareth Bale is set to leave Real Madrid after six years at the club but it is uncertain as to where his next destination will be. For Redknapp, it won't matter.
"He would be a great signing for anyone - Man United could do with Gareth Bale. There's not a club in the country where he wouldn't make a massive impact. I think he's an incredible talent. Anybody who gets Gareth Bale is going to lift them."
Zinedine Zidane made it clear weeks ago that Bale would have no place in his plans to renew the Madrid squad ahead of the 2019-20 season.
Bale may not be the only casualty however, as it is expected that up to 14 players could be axed from Real Madrid over the summer.
