Matt Phillips leaves Queen Park Rangers FC for west Bromwich Albiom for £6 million on a four-year contract. The winger is the first summer signing for the club. He played since 2013 for QPR and will join his new team mates in the pre-season fitness camp in Austria.
The coach Tony Pulis said, that:
“we’re really pleased to have Matty on board. This is a great chance for him to show everyone he belongs in the top flight of English football.”
“He’s a great acquisition because he adds to the versatility within the group. He gives us both wide positions and is also able to play as a central striker. We’re absolutely delighted to welcome Matt to the club.”
