Wesley Sneijder receives unique shirt made from all his international kits
The 34-year-old Al-Gharafa midfielder posted a photo of the stunning shirt on his Instagram, after he bowed out of the international stage with 134 caps.

Observant fans noticed the Brazil flag in the middle of the shirt, commemorating the 2010 World Cup quarter-final in which Sneijder scored both goals on the way to beating the 'Seleção' 2-1.
Sneijder is the most-capped player ever for Holland, passing Edwin van Der Sar earlier this year.
