Wedding could make Kante want to leave Chelsea!

According to 'Le Parisien', the relationship between Kante and Frank Lampard is tense after what has happened in recent weeks. The midfielder has three years left on his contract, but recent events could make him leave earlier. 

The Frenchman is not short of offers, as is well known. Rumours have linked him with moves to Man Utd, Inter and Real Madrid. The Spanish side is one of the club's Kante likes most. 

The reason for the tense atmosphere is because of a wedding. Kante asked Lampard if he could go to the wedding of a very good friend, but the coach said no. 

This refusal has led to a strained relationship between the pair and Kante is even thinking of leaving the club in summer 2021. In France they say Kante "is happy at Chelsea, but no with the club": 

On his options, Chelsea put a 90 million euro price tag on the player, an amount which, if the coronavirus pandemic continues, will be difficult for anyone to pay.
