Antonio Conte's future faced further scrutiny after Chelsea suffered a shocking 4-1 defeat to Watford on Monday in which his team conceded three goals in the last 10 minutes.
However, despite the criticism, Courtois has come out in defence of his Italian manager insisting that the squad 'still believe in him' but that they must regroup after missing out on the chance to leapfrog Liverpool in to third.
Speaking to the club's website, the Belgian said: "We believe in him and we believe in our team. We have two bad results and we just try to get back, regroup and just continue".
"Obviously we are disappointed with the two results we have had in the last week, obviously it is not good, but we have to regroup in training, [hold] heads high and continue the hard work and just continue what we were doing".
He finished off with: 'We have now two bad losses but we are a team with the manager, and everyone is positive about that, and we will try to do our best to win next week.'
Chelsea's next opportunity to bounce back from their consecutive defeats will be in their next Premier League fixture which will be against the struggling West Bromwich Albion on Monday.
