The club's co-director of football Phil Giles confirmed this on a Twitter Q&A.
The club are currently without a manager after Dean Smith left to take charge of Aston Villa on Wednesday.
Giles said the club do not yet have a detailed plan in place but he is hopeful progress can be made in the coming days.

"Are we starting from scratch today? More or less, yes.
"We don't have a detailed plan but we are pretty confident we can make good decisions over the next few days and move this club onto a new level."
The bookie's favourite to take over at Griffin Park is the club's assistant manager, Thomas Frank.
Roberto Di Matteo, Nathan Jones, David Moyes and Danny Cowley are the other top candidates for the Championship vacancy.
