Tebas is hoping for 70% capacity when the 2021-22 season starts both in La Liga and Segunda. The La Liga president said during the 17th fan clubs' congress that this will be same for all stadia regardless of the region.
"We'll begin the seaon at 70% capacity and it will be 100% before the end of the year. There will be no excpetions and away fans will be allowed from the first game," he said.
When asked again about the money clubs have lost through coronavirus, the La Liga president said that they probably lost "between 600 and 700 million euros" in the 2020-21 season. That is why many clubs are cutting back on transfers.
On the return of fans, this goes in hand with what the Spanish Government have said. After the most recent Government meeting, they said that there will be normality in ground from 2021-22. That means there are no restrictions as far as the Government are concerned.
