Watford in talks to sign highly-rated young keeper
According to the 'Watford Observer', Marco Silva's side are closing in on a £3m deal for Dahlberg, who has also attracted interest from Arsenal, Tottenham and Serie A side Napoli.
However, the Hornets have brought their target to Hertfordshire to discuss terms and are in pole position to secure his signature during the January transfer window.
The young Swedish stopper currently plays for IFK Gothenburg and he played in 29 of Gothenburg's 30 league games last season which ended in November.
Dahlberg started his career Alvangens IK in 2013 before moving to Gothenburg in 2015.
He has also been capped by Sweden at U17, U19 and U21, but has yet to feature for the senior team.
