Watford close in on Ben Foster signing

The goalkeeper spent a two-year loan spell with the Hornets from 2005-2007 while he was on the books at Man Utd, and it looks as though he is set for a return to the club.
Currently at West Brom, he played all but one game for them in the Premier League last season as they were relegated to the second tier of Englsih football.
With one year left on his contract, and Darren Moore looking to shake up his squad to fight for a return to the Premier League, Foster is keen for the move to happen.
This transfer looked even more likely to happen as West Brom announced the acquisition of Sam Johnstone who, like Foster, was at Man Utd and spent several years out on loan in the lower leagues.
The Vicarage Road side have been busy over the summer, securing the permanent signing of Gerard Deulofeu from Barcelona and strengthening at the back with Adam Masina and Marc Navarro from Bolgna and Espanyol respectively.
