Cardiff are the favourties by many pundits to be relegated from the Premier League this season, but showed a spirited attacking performance to score two goals against Arsenal., even though they lost 3-2.
Many teams in the lower half of the Premier League table choose to be very defensive against the likes of Chelsea, Man CIty and Arsenal due to their command of possession, but Warnock opted for a different approach.
"A lot of people expected us to park the bus and score no goals, but we had some great chances today." the verteran manager told 'Wales Online' after the game
"I just thought this was the best way forward really. We've tried it with one up front in the Championship but at this level the players are too good and we'd never see the ball or create anything so we tried the system out in midweek.
"I just want us to compete and to score goals. The league is such that I don't think anybody can predict anything.
"I’d rather at my age enjoy watching my team."
