Tottenham began their Europa League campaign on Thursday when they travelled to Lokomotiv Plovdiv in Bulgaria.
Even though the Premier League side went through, they suffered a major scare. Despite being the better side, Georgi Minchev put the hosts 1-0 up in the 71st minute. Seven minutes later, Spurs got a penalty after a handball on the line which saw Almeida sent off. Karagaren also saw a second yellow card and Plovdiv were down to 9.
Harry Kane levelled from the spot and then Ndombele struck the winner in the 85th minute. Despite progressing, Kane admitted his side need to improve. Take a listen to what he said in the video above!
