Matchday 19 of the K-League continued on Saturday as Seongnam faced Jeonbuk at the Tancheon Stadium.
The hosts took a shock lead after half an hour when Yu In-Soo scored and then things got even better for them in the 53rd minute when Park Tae-Jun doubled their advantage. The defending champions were unable to find a way through the Seongnam defence, not even when Kim Hyun-Song was sent off for Seongnam 20 minutes from time for a second yellow. Seongnam move up two places to eighth on 21 points while Jeonbuk are in 2nd on 41 points, five points off Ulsan. Seongnam are away to Sangju Sangmu on Saturday while Jeonbuk go to Gwangju on the same day.
