Raphael Varane was unveiled as a new Manchester United player on 27th July and leaves Real Madrid after 10 seasons and four Champions League titles, among others. He has undoubtedly been one of the best defenders to have ever played for the Spanish club and has made history in La Liga.
At 28 years of age, he arrives at Manchester to try to help the Red Devils win the Premier League and who knows if the Champions League after the team they are building. Last year they finished second behind City and this year with the new signings they will fight for everything.
On 28th July the Mancunians will play Brentford and their last friendly will be on 7th August against Everton. They will start the Premier League on 14th August against Leeds United.
