On Friday, Manchester City unveiled a statue of Sergio Aguero at the Etihad. The occasion marked the 10th anniversary of his iconic goal against QPR to seal the Premier League title for his side in the 2011/12 season.
Aguero joined Manchester City after the Englsih club signed him from Ateltico Madrid in 2011. He spent 10 seasons at the Etihad (2012-2021). During his time at the club, he appeared in 390 matches, scoring 260 goals and making 64 assists in all competitions.
His goal tally makes him the highest scoring foreign player in Premier League history (184), and the fourth highest scoring player overall behind Andy Cole, Wayne Rooney and Alan Shearer. Take a look at the City club legend's statue being unveiled in the video here!
