Matchday 5 of the K-League continued on Saturday as Seoul hosted defending champions Jeonbuk at the Seoul World Cup Stadium.
It was 1-1 at half-time after Han Kyo-Won and Park Chu-Young had scored for either things. Then Jeonbuk restored their lead three minutes into the second half through Lee Seung-Ki's thunderbolt into the top corner. After that, Jeonbuk ran away with it. Lee Dong-Gook bagged a brace in the 55th and 73rd minutes to kill off the contest and seal the three points for Jeonbuk.
Seoul are in 7th on six points while Jeonbuk are top with 12 points from five matches. Seoul go to Daegu a week on Sunday next while Jeonbuk host Incheon United the day before.
