VIDEO: Lampard left fuming after bizarre VAR decision

Everton hosted league leaders Manchester City at Goodison Park on Saturday. The match was hard fought and although Everton deserved something from the game, the Sky Blues came out 0-1 victors.
The home side played valiantly all game and it was hard to tell which of the two teams were at the top and who was at the bottom of the table. After a strong first half performance from the Toffees, the scoreline at half time read 0-0. Everton had the closest chance in the half as Richarlson really should have scored from six yards out, but instead he fired straight into the gloves of Ederson. It took a solitary defensive error for City to get their goal in the second half. Phil Foden took advantage of a Michael Keane mistake to fire the league leaders ahead in the 82nd minute.
Everton did not back down after they conceded however, and with continued pressure they forced Rodri back to his own box. As the City midfielder attempted to control the ball, it appeared to bounce up onto his arm. After a lengthy VAR delay it was deemed that Rodri did not in fact handle the ball in his own area and a penalty was not given. Everton manager Frank Lampard was rightfully furious about the decision after the game. Listen to his comments in the video above!
