Real Madrid travelled to play Cadiz in a La Liga clash last Sunday. 

The match was a very open contest which saw Cadiz attack from the off, but Mariano Diaz gave Real Madrid the lead with five minutes on the clock. Cadiz continued to press and they got their deserved equaliser in the 37th minute through Ruben Sobrino after a mistake by Eder Militao. The home side were awarded a penalty on the hour mark after Alvaro Negredo was fouled in the box, but goalkeeper Lunin saved his spot kick. Cadiz are 18th on 36 points and in the bottom three on head to head after Mallorca's late winner v Rayo while Real Madrid are top on 85 points.
