Gladbach won the friendly against Bayern Munich at the Allianz Arena. The team led by Adi Hutter managed to beat Bayern 0-2, who have not started the pre-season very well. It seems that Nagelsmann's side have not quite understood what the coach is asking for and will continue to work on improving before the start of the season.
Bayern, who still do not have all their stars available, took the field with a team full of homegrown players. Gladbach took advantage of that and scored twice in the second half, one from Wolf and the other from 19-year-old homegrown player Michael Wentzel.
Bayern have already lost two friendlies and drawn another, with just one friendly against Napoli on 31th July left. Julian Nagelsmann will have to work hard these days to start the season on the right foot.
