Man City travelled to the Emirates to face Arsenal in a Carabao Cup quarter-final on Tuesday night.
Gabriel Jesus scored his 100th career goal when he put City ahead after three minutes. Zinchenko put a cross into the box from Arsenal's right and the Brazilian got there first to his head before the keeper did. Arsenal levelled through Lacazette after 31 minutes and City went back in front in the second half when Mahrez's free-kick burst through Runarsson's fingers. Phil Foden made it 1-3 in the 59th minute despite being offside and Aymeric Laporte completed the scoring in the 73rd minute.
