Leeds boss Marcelo Bielsa analysed his side's performance against Liverool on Monday - see what he had to say here!
The match started in controversy, as Leeds players sported t-shirts protesting the new proposals of the European Super League which have shocked the football world these last few days.
When it came to matters on the pitch however, the home side didn't get off to a great start. Sadio Mane opened the scoring for Klopp's side just after the half hour mark, scoring into an open goal following an assist from full-back Trent Alexander Arnold.
Leeds came out a different side after the break, and threatened an equaliser on many occasions. They had to wait all the way till the 87th minute to find one, however, with Diego Llorente converting a brilliant corner from Jack Harrison.
The result puts a dent in Liverpool's top four hopes, as Chelsea could pull four points ahead with a win against Brighton this Tuesday. Leeds remain just about in the top half in 10th, a testament to the brilliant work Bielsa has achieved at the club.
