Flamengo faced Palmeiras in the Brazilian Super Cup on Sunday.
Palmeiras took the lead after two minutes through Raphael Veiga, but Gabriel Barbosa levelled for the hosts midway through the first period. Giorgian De Arrascaeta put Flamengo ahead right on half-time, but Palmeiras levelled 16 minutes from time through Raphael Veiga. He converted a spot kick and the match went to penalties. Palmeiras had two penalties to win it, but failed to convert them and Rodrigo Caio ended up scoring the winning penalty.
Flamengo won 6-5 on penalties after nine spot kicks each and the goalkeeper Diego Alves saved three of the spot kicks. Take a look at the celebrations in the video above!
