VIDEO: Chelsea thrash West Ham at Upton Park

Chelsea were victorious against West Ham when the sides met way back in November 2013 - check out the goals here!
On the day it was Frank Lampard who opened the scoring against his former side after 21 minutes, before Brazilian Oscar doubled the visitors advantage on the half-hour mark. Lampard rounded off a complete performance for Mourinho's men, scoring his second and Chelsea's third after 82 minutes.
This Saturday, the all-London clash has much more significance, with both sides battling it out for top four, being chased not far behind by Tottenham and Liverpool.
This weekend's encounter is a classic six-pointer, with a 'winner-takes-all' for the victor. A draw for either team would maintain current standings, however it would allow Liverpool, Spurs and Everton to all gain ground in the race for top four.
