Valverde, Rudiger, Courtois back for Madrid derby in Champions League

Good news for Real Madrid as Federico Valverde, Antonio Rudiger and Thibaut Courtois are all available for Wednesday's Champions League last 16 second leg against Atletico at the Metropolitano.
Defender Rudiger and goalkeeper Courtois were rested on Sunday as 'Los Blancos' claimed a 2-1 win over Rayo Vallecano in La Liga, while midfielder Valverde made a 22-minute cameo as a substitute.
However, the trio was present for Monday afternoon's training with the squad, being all able to complete the session without any problems after overcoming their respective fitness concerns.
Jude Bellingham, who made his return in the league after a two-match suspension, Vinicius and Rodrygo all suffered minor blows in Sunday's match but are expected to start midweek nonetheless.
As a result, the only confirmed absences for the 'Merengues' remain Dani Carvajal, Eder Militao, Jesus Vallejo and Dani Ceballos, who will continue their spells on the sidelines with long-term injuries.
