Huge controversy was caused when UEFA decided to move the match from Vorksla's home stadium to Kiev, the Ukraninian capital.
In the wake of growing political tensions between Russia and the Ukraine, the European governing body felt that the match should be moved to avoid any safety concerns, prompting Vorskla to suggest that the game would not go ahead.
However, UEFA confirmed on Thursday morning that the game will indeed go ahead on Thursday evening, although the plight of Arsenal fans who have already booked to go to Vorskla is unknown.
Arsenal have already qualified from their group, having won three and drawn one of their opening four group matches, while Vorskla will need a win to have any chance of qualifying from Group E.
